Abstrakt: The article discusses, libraries are increasingly working to incorporate diversity and inclusion principles into instruction, people with disabilities are often overlooked. As Pionke notes, even though people with disabilities make up 15 percent of the global population, a significantly sized population is understudied and not well understood within the library profession.
