The article presents the discussion in the report of Core Creative Ideas in Technical Services Interest Group helding on February 4th, 2021. Topics include a forum for discussion of issues within the field of technical services which being relevant to library staff at all levels; workflow of using the Primo LSP for creating a word cloud representing the most common search terms and phrases; and focusing on the need for contingency planning and succession planning. |
