Abstrakt:	The article presents the discussion on covering a wide range of e-resource topics including streaming films and online learning during COVID. Topics include creating cross departmental collaborations between the electronic resources librarian, campus copyright officer, and instructional designers before the disruption of COVID-19; and library director proposed using online course fees for funding streaming video acquisition.
