The purpose of this article is to report the successful creation and implementation of an instructional model designed to assist educators in infusing technology into the curriculum while at the same time create opportunities for faculty to learn, become more proficient, and successful at integrating technology into their own classroom curriculum. The maid was successfully tested and implemented with faculty, inservice and preservice teachers at the University of Central Florida (UCF). Faculty, inservice, and preservice teachers were successfully trained to integrate technology using a theme based curriculum with an instructional model called the TIME maid which consists of twelve elements that include: Vision, Incentives, Personalization, Awareness, Learning Communities, Action Plan, Research, Development of Modules, Skills, Implementation, Evidence of Change, and Evaluation/Reflection.
