Abstrakt: The article discusses that public libraries have played a key role in the expansion of makerspaces around the U.S., offering patrons opportunities to collaborate, problem solve, craft, and create. It mentions the Build a Better Book project provides a blueprint for libraries to leverage their resources for meaningful making. It also mentions that library partners have expressed that the project prompted them to develop new partnerships with community organizations.
