The author offers information on how to create productive relationship between librarians and their managers. She reflects on views of Anna Elizabeth, an experience associate at a large public library consortia, who thinks that managing relationship with managers should be taught as part oflibrary science professional development and through mentorship. She also mentions importance of communication between librarians and supervisors. |
