Abstrakt:	This paper describes a needs assessment and system design process to support technology lending purchase decision making. Personal interviews with five librarians and one paraprofessional were conducted to gather both feature requirements and an understanding of the current workflow. This paper details the results of this investigation in terms of system needs. It describes features that would support this difficult decision process.
