The article discusses nonprofit healthcare system Allina Health library staff's creation and implementation of an evidence-based decision-making (EBDM) model for establishing system-wide clinical guidelines as of 2017. Topics discussed include implementation challenges, the Clinical Service Lines that gathered clinicians around a specialty, and Allina Health's partnership with improvement driver Health Catalyst. Also noted is the successful implementation of thirty guidelines in two years. |
