The article offers the author's insights on the use of a personalized approach to a standard library program to attract special library users. Topics discussed include the standard open house event to address problems associated with the resources and services in the Engineering Library of the Pennsylvania State University's University Park campus, the event is designed and coordinated by engineering librarians, and collaborative opportunities between the library and other campus departments. |
