Linda Hulbert and Dani Roach described the methodology and systems used at the University of St. Thomas Libraries to analyze usage statistics for both print and electronic resources in order to support collection development decisions. They discussed how the usage statistics are collected, how cost-per-use is calculated, and how standards development will facilitate these processes. Roles of subject liaisons and the collection development committee in the decision-making process are examined. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
