Popis:	Most evidence to date clearly indicates that CB4 virus can affect the pancreas of both man and mice during acute infection. Yet, conflicting evidence exists relative to the consequence of the infection in both man and mice. The study described here attempted to provide definitive evidence on the relative role of the virus isolate (i.e. heterogenous virion populations vs. purified clones) in induction of prolonged diabetes-like disease in mice.
