The purpose of the study - the organization of document flow with the operational movement of documents along the shortest path with minimal time and labor costs, strengthening the control of execution of orders and tasks. The object of the graduate qualification work is the document flow of the trade organization. The subject of graduate qualification work is the process of designing and developing an electronic document management system. Scientific novelty is to obtain a new system of electronic document management, developed to order, which will correspond to all business processes of the trade organization under consideration. Thus, the improvement of the system related to the subject of the study will be made. Practical significance of the study is that the described project on design and development of electronic document management system can be used by companies of different industries in order to automate document management. |
