The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and appendices. The concept and simulation economic and mathematical model of the effective implementation of development projects on the example of the construction of a thermal complex in the city of Sysert has been developed. The concept includes an integrated approach to the formation of the project strategy, characterized by taking into account financial, economic, technical, social and other aspects that allow stimulating the development of the city territory. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated and the results of the study are summarized. |
