This work contains the principle of forming the regulations for creation a digital information model of a building or structure for passing an automated check in the construction expertise. In the course of development, studies of regulations governing activities in the field of information modeling in the Russian Federation, an analysis of existing analogue regulations, a comparative analysis of various software systems with the aim of using them for automated verification of the CIM were carried out. To develop the regulation, a set of CIM test checks was built, on the basis of which the resulting requirements for the CIM were formed. As a result of the work done, the document "General requirements for a three-dimensional model" was obtained, which was adopted as a regulation for the transfer of the CIM to the construction expertise of the GAU SO "State Expertise of the Sverdlovsk Region". |
