The aim of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the training system and human resources management in a chosen firm {--} Jihočeská Plynárenská, a. s. One part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of costs of education of employees and the evaluation of purposefulness and appropriateness of the investments in the training sessions. Today is education very important for achievement of enterprise{\crq}s goals. Qualified employees can be considered as valuable asset not only for the firm but also for the whole society. Professional care of employees includes permanent extension of acquired knowledge. Head workers should prepare individual plan of personal development for every employee. They should also motivate the employees to be interested in further education. If employees participate in planning of education scheme in the firm then they are active trainee. Knowledge, skills and abilities of employees are a competitive advantage of a company. Future of a firm highly depends on specialists, who will be able to apply their knowledge in practice. |
