The diploma thesis deals with the education of employees in a company called ADLER Czech, a. s., that is successful czech company. The key for thriving business is to have well educated employees. The aim of diploma thesis is to describe the system of education and the training methods, evaluate the whole process and bring some suggestions that will increase the efficiency of the education in this company. Theoretical part focuses on the importance of education, the point of learning and the specific methods and forms of education. The practical part presents current education system in ADLER Czech, a. s. This is based on the obtained results of questionnaire survey. The conclusion of diploma thesis summarizes all information about the education system and brings the efficient suggestions that will improve the current level of education in ADLER Czech, a. s. |
