Popis: The master’s thesis focuses on customer satisfaction of the chosen company. Analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, SWOT analysis, questionnaire, cluster analysis and importance-satisfaction analysis are used to achieve this goal. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is concerned with presenting these and other theoretical basics. After it comes the analysis of the current situation and market research. Possible solutions based on the findings from the analytical part of the thesis, which should improve the overall customer satisfaction, are presented at the end of the thesis.
