| Popis: | The subject of the diploma thesis is to elaborate a selected part of the construction technology project for Apartment complex Kadetka - preparation for building realisation. Specifically, this is an underground garage and object C. In the course of the creation of project, the objects A and B, incorporated in the project of the construction site equipment, were also taken into account. The content of the work is a technical report to the construction technology project, evaluation of transport routes, time and financial plan, individual realization phases of the main building phase, design of the main building machine and mechanisms, time schedule for rough construction, plan for securing material resources, elaboration of technology regulations for underground monolithic reinforced concrete structures and check and test plan. The thesis also includes an item budget for the apartment house made with Build Power S software. |
