This diploma thesis is focused on issues of old and unused objects or areas, called brownfields. The main goal was to characterize brownfields, their distribution and related concepts and problems. With the field survey method were identified four brownfields in the selected microregion and was detected their current status and current or future use. Another used method was a questionnaire. All of the results showed that the problem of brownfields is becoming more and more actual and that there are a lot of these areas in the micro-region but only a few of them were recultivated. |
