This diploma thesis Evaluation of technological processes in the cultivation of caraway with an emphasis on the harvesting proces is focused on current situation and importance of caraway growing in Czech republic and in the world, on basic growth factors and work operations (mostly related to harvest) of common caraway. Main part is based on evaluation of two model technological processes. In first process were expenses of total 504,50 Kč.ha-1, in the second process were expenses bigger - 10 618 Kč.ha-1. Furthermore, this thesis was focused on enumerating the harvesting losses. For the purpose of comparability and objectification of the enumeration, two different methods of evaluation were used. By using the first method, 25,81 % losses were measured. Second method provided value of 22,09 %. |
