The theoretical part of this diploma thesis is focused on the definition of the basic terms, methods and procedure of valuation. The analytical part includes strategic and financial analysis, analysis and forecast of the value drivers and financial plan. The valuation of the company is based on Discounted cash flow method and Economic value added method. Determination of value is made as at 1.1.2019. |
