| Popis: | The subject of this diploma thesis is the construction of Adaptation and completion of retirement home. The building is located in Otovice, district of Karlovy Vary. The building is divided into two building objects. The first is a single-storey new building with a double-decker connecting neck. The new building serves as an office building and provides 24 hours care. The second building is the existing building in which the rooms are located. The new building is designed in combination with several building materials - monolithic reinforced concrete walls, Porotherm blocks and steel columns and beams. The track construction is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. |
