The aim of this diploma thesis is to elaborate a proposal for Strategic Development Plan of Třemošná for the years 20152025, in cooperation with city officials and company Novi Solutions, s.r.o. The partial aim of the thesis is to carry out a questionnaire survey among the inhabitants of the city and to elaborate a complete analysis of the city in the form of SWOT analysis according to priority areas. Furthermore, determination of the vision and the ensuing strategic objectives, measures, specific activities and indicators for their measurability. |
