Popis:	The aim of the diploma thesis entitled "The Proposal of Development Company's Incentive System" is to analyse the current status of employees' motivation in the company IMOS Brno, a.s. The thesis contains analysis of current employees' incentive system. The data was gathered via questionnaire focused on satisfaction of employees and introduced incentive tools. Based on the results improvement measures are formulated which will lead to higher employees' satisfaction.
