Diploma thesis deals with the construction technical survey of the technical condition of the economic object. The aim of the thesis is the implementation of construction technical survey of the technical condition of the economic object in the town of Velká Bíteš and detect visible defects on the object (using sensory methods) and the identification of the causes and subsequent proposal for remedial measures. First, in the theoretical part of the work, are defined the buildings, their longevity and failure of building structures, then the theoretical part of the work describes individual elements that make up the construction technical survey. In the second part of the work, in the practical part, is first executed construction technical survey of selected economic object. The practical part of the thesis contains the draft of further reconstruction work with their gross valuation. Diploma thesis includes a photographic and video documentation. |
