This dissertation deals with the use of experiential learning in the work with drug-addicted youth. Theoretical part of my dissertation defines concept of experience, experiential learning and therapeutic community. In the practical part I firstly map organizations in the Czech Republic, which are working with drug-addicted youth, using experiential learning. Then, secondly, in two already mentioned organizations I am undertaking interviews with therapists and clients, recognizing the benefits they find in the experiential programs. |
