The objective of this diploma work was to form hypothesis about external consultant's cooperation. The hypothesis was based on personal practical experience working on projects with external consultants and also being in role of consultant personally. The research with limited extent was performed related to the theme of diploma work. Evaluation of formed hypothesis was performed and the results were linked to the theory of organization. In the theoretical part of the work the history of the sociology of organization and management consulting have been listed and described. Based on personal practical experience cooperating with external consultants and working in the role of external consultant as well I have suggested possible reasons for hiring external consultants. I have performed research with objective to identify subjective opinions about suggested reasons hiring external consultants. |
