This thesis deals with system of employees evaluation and rewards in the given company. Based on the information gathered from the literature it summarizes basic concepts of employee's performance management, evaluation and rewards. The analysis was performed based on the existing situation of employees evaluation and rewards in companies, as well as based on qualitative research of employees satisfaction and motivation. As the outcome of this analysis and research, the new system of employees evaluation and rewards was drafted. |
