Popis: The present master`s thesis deals with the marketing strategy in the stage of proposal of product`s portfolio extension. It analyzes the process of making choices and strategies of marketing tools. We are going to use analyzes SLEPT, Marketing`s mix, SWOT and benchmarking. We do a proposal of new product to assessment of the existing product portfolio, together with a strategy for launching this product on the market in the Czech Republic.
