Popis:	This diploma thesis studies the machining of group S materials. In the theoretical part of this thesis these materials were divided into groups and subsequently analyzed. These materials were also analyzed in terms of their impaired machinability. In the practical part of this thesis experimental tests were conducted to determine tool life, tool wear and in the case of testing titanium alloy surface roughness too.
