| Popis: | The subject of the master’s thesis is the project documentation of building work for multifunctional building. The object has five floors above ground and one underground floor. The structural system of the building is a reinforced concrete skeleton. The roof of the building is flat, and the terraces are designed as vegetation. In the basement is situated parking for residents, and building technical facilities. On the first floor there is space for commercial use, two shops and a cafe. In other floors are located residential units, total of twelve. |
