The building will serve as a holiday bording house and in the additional wine cellar is located mill with seating. Extension to the existing floor plan from the cellar has a rectangular shape, the main entrance is oriented to the west. Extension to existing from the cellar is constructed from a ceramic system from Wienerberger. The external walls are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 P + D and 10 cm of thermal insulation.
