Master's thesis "EU agreements with South Korea and Japan and their impact on the European market" analyzes the impact of trade agreements between the European Union and South Korea and Japan on the EU industrial competitiveness. The impact is evaluated in terms of the development of trade flows with chemical, food, textile and automotive products and also in terms of the existence and reduction of non-tariff barriers. The study also includes trade balances developments between the respective countries. The results of the analysis showcase the overall positive impact of the agreement with South Korea on the EU industrial competitiveness and predict the impact of the agreement with Japan. |
