The topic of the thesis touches the issue of co-operation and communication in teams of workers. The aim of this thesis was to map how chosen health service workers evaluate teamwork cooperation. Another aim of the thesis was to map the views the patient on co-operation of health service workers and to find out possibilities of his involvement in nursing care. The quantitative method in the form of the anonymous questionnaire was used. Five hypothesis connected with the topic were set for this part of research. The qualitative method was used for the research of the view of the patient on provided care. The results of the thesis can be used in the field - as a source of information on current gaps in co-operation of individual workers in performing of their occupations. |
