This work deals with the theoretical definition of the basic concepts of employment law. It defines main participants of employment relations, outlines liability relations and explains function of the liability institute. Work is deeper devoted to general and specific labor responsibility and the practical part analyzes both historical and contemporary court decisions of the Czech and Slovak Republic in the matter. It evaluates development of legislation after separation of republics in 1993 and then compares differences on specific cases. |
