Popis:	The main topic of this diploma thesis is the impact of a planned development investment on the elements of environment in the area of ?vojenský újezd Boletice?. The target of this thesis is to select the investment project which was designed for this area in the past and to decide it?s possible impact on the environment itself. For the planned investment called ?Chlum ? Centrum zimních sportů? was selected the area which is located in the northwest part of ?vojenský újezd Boletice?, specifically then land registries ?Ondřejov u Českého Krumlova? and ?Třebovice u Českého Krumlova?. Individual activities which are connected with the implementation of investment project are estimated from the point of the impact on environment elements, from initial construction till the final realization.
