Popis:	Thesis (M.A.)--Boston University The labor injunction has proven to be a very important means of control of labor in the United States. It is peculiarly American device in use, although its origins are in the English common law. The purpose of this undertaking is to trace the history and development of the labor injunction in its various aspects as it grew in Massachusetts. In addition to this accumulation of data some evaluation is attempted, although this is extremely difficult for lack of a norm.
