| Popis: | The current study has demonstrated that CN phases have poor stability and should not be operated above pH 5.7. Nonetheless, a number of protocols have been developed for the characterization of CN phases that include a measurement of silanophilic interaction determined in mobile phases with pH > 5.7. The aim of this study was to perform the chromatographic characterization of commercially available CN phases using two distinct approaches. |
