The purpose of this research was to design a curriculum that adheres to the new curriculum outline and to promote body movement capability and awareness of fitness and safety among preschoolers. The study also discussed the implementation and the design process of the curriculum in-depth. The aim was to understand the curriculum's cultivation capability for the areas of capability in question. Body movement and fitness curriculum objectives included learning indicators for preschoolers of different age groups. The design and implementation of the curriculum had 16 sessions, 40-minutes each, taking place twice per week. The study used observation and recording, photography and filming, teaching evaluation, team teaching associates and parental feedback, to comprehensively evaluate the course design and teaching content. The results of this study included curriculum design for body movement and health, the process of implementation, and implementation outcomes. Curriculum design can use area capabilities and learning indicators for examination, and employ uniformity, extendability, diversity, and security as principles for multi-dimensional course design, so that parents, instructors, and learners can build the course together. The process of implementation required multilateral information for comprehensive analysis. The implementation outcomes included the improvement of pre-schoolers capability, improving the sense of security during peer interactions, augmenting body movement development of pre-schoolers, assisting pre-schoolers to build capabilities in other areas, and improving the professional skills of the instructors. Lastly, this research provided a summary of the research results, a conclusion, and recommendations.
