Due to the low barriers to entry, the market competition is fierce, the skill level of the beauticians are mixed. and the competency of practitioners of beauty technology practitioners to keep pace with the times is worthy of further study. This study uses the Delphi research method. The results of the competency indicators of the beauty technology practitioners include: knowledge requirements, skill requirements, attitude requirements, personal traits and other four competency indicators; Human physiology overview, aesthetic modeling design knowledge, health and safety knowledge, business management knowledge, professional skills, aesthetic modeling skills, business management skills, health and safety skills, marketing skills, professional ethics, service etiquette, professional performance, affinity, emotional stability and responsiveness of 15 functional indicators; Subdivide the connotation of 78 competency indicators, and assess the relative importance of the competency indicators, according to the research results, in order to provide reference for the design of relevant institutions or vocational training courses. |
