Popis: | 108 Regarding the workplace where the high pressure hydrogen vessel and the supply gas pipeline have potential leakage hazards, based on domestic regulations and international standard specifications, combined with risk assessment tools and simulation software, explore the classification of hazardous area and the suitable explosion-proof electrical equipment settings. Integrate PDCA systematic management strategy into practical management and establish explosion-proof electrical equipment safety management and risk assessment procedures. This study researched the correctness of classification of hazardous area and the differentiation of explosion-proof electrical equipment selection, and then inferred the necessity of defining regional management authority and explosion-proof information documentation. Apply HazOp to implement process risk assessment and operational hazard analysis. In the early design investment, the more elaborate process safety system components can relatively control the risk at an acceptable level. From the results of the ALOHA simulation, the trailer potential disaster impact area is presented covering the plant area and adjacent public areas. The explosion-proof electrical equipment should be prioritized for consideration. When an accident occurs, the time to define a safe evacuation distance can be shortened. Integration of the practical conclusions from each assessment process. Establish an overall explosion safety management plan. Strengthen maintain the explosion-proof area effectiveness, the process of risk level optimization and grasp emergency response early warning mechanism. |
