Popis: | 107 This thesis proposes a circuit design for a low-voltage energy harvester system in order to absorb the tiny energy that is lost in the periphery environment and boost the tiny energy to the back-end circuit. The system uses the DC signal of 100mV as the input voltage, then it passes through the front-end boost circuit to start up the control circuit and boosts the voltage to DC regulated output of 1V. The control circuit of the system uses a zero current switching (ZCS) circuit with a current sensor to reduce the switching losses caused by the switching regulator and improve the conversion efficiency. All the circuit discussed in this research are designed and simulated in 90nm process provided by TSMC. The research results can boost the input voltage 100mV to 1.02V, the conversion efficiency is 70% and the area is 460*475μm^2. |
