Popis: | 107 In 1997, Ministry of The Interior Construction and Planning Agency implementing the "Creating Taiwan's Urban and Rural Landscape Project". Hakka Affairs Council committed to monument of Hakka village, historic buildings and Hakka cultural park. And government active planning cultural facilities promotion that hope use of local resources to innovation. It make traditional culture, environmental space and building into developing local charm. In 1990, the government, preparing to build Taiwan High Speed Rail, collected agricultural settlements and farms nearby Liujia areas. In this way, Hsinwawu Hakka Cultural Conservation Area was constructed. Under the rapid transformation of local culture and space, Liujia areas have transformed from traditional rural communities to emerging regions after the construction of high-speed rail. The research of Hsinwawu Hakka Cultural Conservation Area is the first Hakka cultural park in Taiwan. This article takes Taiwan's relevant Hakka culture park as a reference, and collects relevant literatures such as Hsinwawu cultural assets preservation, cultural tourism industry and local festival activities to understand the art of the Hsinwawu Hakka Cultural Conservation Area in the village, art and cultural activities, and related Hakka cultural creativity. Explore the issues and experiences of the promotion process of the “Hsinwawu Hakka Cultural Conservation Area”, as well as the cultural resources, four-season gas theme activities and related arts and cultural activities held by Hsinwawu. Through cultural experience combined with local life, passing on its new economic and cultural values, through the analysis of the current operating conditions of the new tile house, the key to the success of the Hakka cultural preservation zone is constructed as a reference for future business development model.
