| Popis: | 107 This study is to explore the elderly health-promoting behaviors associated with debilitating factors to provide primary health assessment community, is conducive to early detection of sub-health groups, the effective implementation of health-promoting behaviors, in order to delay frailty. Mining descriptive correlational study back in 2015 aged 418 Chang Gung Health Village.Collect data includes personal characteristics elderly elderly, healthy lifestyle, health-promoting behaviors, health and disease and debilitating grade, and chi-square analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, logistic regression analysis and discriminant analysis. The results showed that elderly age, the medical emergency services number of hospitalizations, IADL score, health-promoting behaviors activity (frequency, time, category), alone, exercise habits and intake of five fruits and vegetables, the impact of health-promoting behaviors an important factor in the degree of frailty, and with aging, as well as emergency medical treatment in hospital for falling frequency increases, the severity of the more debilitating weight. Frailty hierarchical distinction effective analysis of factors including age, ADL, IADL, SPMSQ scale and health- promoting behaviors activity (frequency, time, category) of the numerical results. |
