Popis: | 107 In recent years, due to the shift in global economic. The gap between Urban and rural has been widen more than ever before. Many problems such as population aging, as well as Intergenerational education has becoming common in many rural areas. Luckily due to the rising trend of social entrepreneurship, more and more people were willing to head back to its hometown to start community-based social enterprise to address some of the social issues. However the development of such community enterprise is heavily linked to local social capital. Therefore this research purpose that by studying startup meetup in rural communities, one could understand how meetup impact the development of the enterprise, as well as utilizing service design to understand how service could be improve via utilizing the technologies of common social network service. This Study utilize service design’s double diamond method as research methodology. By studying Zhu-Shan Spotlight Meetup, researcher could observe from actual community meetup, and understood how the meetup service impact local social capital as well as benefit the development of community enterprise. Meanwhile, by taking service design approach, researcher could gather first hand data from service provider as well as participating entrepreneurs. To understood the need and want from the users, as well as addressing service pain points in meetup. Finally, the researcher incorporate several social network service technologies to form an innovative service blueprint for future service provider to refer on. The research result is shown as followed. Zhu-Shan Spotlight Meetup is a stable service that has stand operation procedure. Researcher conclude that Zhu-shan Spotlight Meetup is indeed an impactful service towards community enterprise and the gathering of local social capital. By actually conducted in-depth interview as well as hosted co-design workshop with stakeholders and experts, researcher was able to discover the critical pain points and major service gaps in such meetup process. By conduct literature review as well as consulting experts, researcher was able to come up with 4 social network service solutions able to integrate into the meetup process to improve the service. The final result is shown in modified service blueprint with different social network service function integrated and labeled in different service process. By conducting this research, researcher hope to raise awareness of community startup meetup as well as serve as a future sample for related research. |
