| Popis: | 107 The purpose of this paper is to explore the outsourcing decision of Public Service Pension Fund by using data envelopment analysis （DEA）. Firstly, this study using DEA to evaluate the efficiencies for the investment trust companies in Taiwan from 2014 to 2018. This study finds that the net profit after tax will affect the business performance of the credit company, and select the domestically efficient credit company from 2014 to 2018, which is suitable as an outsourcing company. The study also found that after-tax net profit has an impact on the performance of the credit company, and the fluctuation of net profit after tax will affect the company's performance, which should be one of the selection strategies. In the study, it was found Fidelity Funds, Firstrade fund and Mega fund in the DEA model have higher efficiency values, recommended as an outsourcing business. In order to provide specific evaluation method for entrust decisions of Public Service Pension Funds Supervisory Board; they should know management characteristics and advantages of each Investment Trust Company better when it needs to entrust their investment decisions of equity funds. |
