| Popis: | 107 In recent years, with the diversification of buildings and the improvement of people's knowledge standards, the concept of disaster prevention and fire disaster prevention has become increasingly important. Adhering to the guardian spirit of our own property, it is even more important to set up fire safety equipment. In order to implement the fire safety equipment setting function, it is necessary to regularly perform the site equipment maintenance report and fire equipment inspection. In order to improve the fuzzy space of the current equipment inspection process to increase the efficiency of equipment inspection, the current fire safety equipment inspection process needs to be properly adjusted. This study improved the fire safety personnel inspection process after firefighters conducted through literature review and expert interviews. The actual case analysis of Xindian District of New Taipei City is used to compare the differences between the new and old processes and explore the benefits of the improved process. The fire safety inspection process adjusted by this study can greatly improve the current fire safety inspection problems and enable the controller to be more active in the maintenance of fire safety equipment in their own places. Besides, after the inspection and declaration system is approved by a professional maintenance organization or a firefighting equipment engineer, the fire safety inspection and inspection department will supervise the professional maintenance organization or the fire protection equipment. Under this virtuous cycle, the firefighting manpower can be reduced in addition to the equipment maintenance waste. |
