Popis: | 107 Polylactic acid has been widely used in various fields, in which packaging materials are the largest field of use, but polylactic acid is hard and brittle in nature and has poor elasticity, so many products are limited by this property. Therefore, this experiment uses inorganic material P25 nano titanium dioxide and anatase type nano titanium dioxide to be added to polylactic acid, by adding nano titanium dioxide powder as a nucleating agent, and utilizing nano titanium dioxide to absorb ultraviolet light properties, improve Polylactic acid composites are mechanical in nature and have UV resistance. In this study, polylactic acid was mixed with P25 nano titanium dioxide and anatase nano titanium dioxide by a plastic spectrometer, and the addition ratio was 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, 1.0%, and then the composite material was used. Conduct various analysis of properties. The results show that the addition of nano titanium dioxide has a significant increase in the crystallization rate and crystallinity of polylactic acid, and in the analysis of optical properties, the coverage of UVA, UVB and UVC of composite materials is over 90%, and the elasticity is poor. The serious defects of polylactic acid materials, using dynamic mechanical analyzer analysis results show that the composite material is significantly lower than the pure material, the storage modulus is reduced by a factor of ten, representing a significant increase in material elasticity. |
