However, the Taiwan e-book market has been cultivated for 10 years. Gradually, there has been improvement. To help understand the factors that influence consumers' use of e-book reading, as well as current theoretical and empirical research on consumer attitudes and behavioral intentions using e-book reading, this study is based on the theory of planned behavior, combined with questionnaire collection and information system success models, and collected. 224 data analysis consumer models. The study found that the factors that influence consumers' decision to use e-book reading are information and system quality. In terms of attitudes, consumers use electronic devices to read materials. When the reading environment is good and easy to operate, it tends to be positive and positive. Although e-books can bring many benefits to consumers, they still need to return. The most primitive problem - the consumer's reading habits, through the observation and analysis of the reading habits of the mass consumers, is a great help to the accuracy of the market, and the addition of creative marketing to promote the e-book market has more results. Based on the research results, the following suggestions are made: First, the way consumers read content is more diverse, and the more information sources, the higher the acceptance of innovation by consumers. Second, the relative advantages and complexity of new product attributes will also affect the willingness to adopt innovative products. Third, consumers focus on e-book readers with comfortable reading design, fast search function and full-text search or index function, provide bookmarks and notes, if the notes can be automatically stored in the network road database, different readers can contact and share notes This will bring more reading benefits and reading pleasure. |
