The main purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the special vehicle drivers of firefighters in Taichung City under the pressure of firefighting work. The three teams in the special search team of the Taichung City Fire Department and the 75 field firefighters in the brigade department are the research objects. A total of 45 questionnaires were randomly selected for questionnaire survey, and the effective sample was 43. The surveyed information was analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, mean and standard deviation, independent sample t-test, single factor-variable analysis and correlation analysis. The study obtained the following conclusions: 1. Under the pressure of firefighting work, the relationship with other colleagues and the public is affected by the fact that "the people often do not have appropriate feedback on the performance of firefighting" is the biggest factor. 2. Under the pressure of firefighting work, it is the biggest factor that affects self-perception and family relationship with "firefighting work makes my life work and rest." 3. The education and training of different types of vehicles and the equipment and equipment in the vehicle are the most important factors in the actual pressure perception of driving fire-fighting special vehicles. "Ample vehicle driving education and training, which makes me less likely to accident when I actually drive." 4. In the mission attendance route environment and route planning, in the actual pressure perception of firefighters driving fire-fighting special vehicles, "when arriving in other jurisdictions, they will be afraid of tension because of unfamiliar roads" is the biggest factor. 5. When the firefighters drive a special fire-fighting vehicle, the real pressure in the heart of the self-inflicted "there is a lack of protection in the event of a traffic accident" is the biggest factor. 6. In the personal context, the "age", "service detachment", "service age", "educational level", "whether there is a traffic accident during non-working hours" and the actual driving experience of the driving have a significant impact. 7. Finally, the firefighting work pressure has a significant positive correlation with the actual driving experience of the driving. It also represents the greater the pressure of the fire fighting work, and the greater the pressure on the firefighters driving the fire fighting special vehicles. 8. Based on the statistical analysis results, the conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) Personal background context, there is no significant difference in the pressure on fire protection work. (2) The context of the individual's background, and some of the actual feelings of the task are significantly different. (3) The pressure of fire fighting work is significantly related to the actual pressure perception of driving tasks.
